We have worked really hard all season, and it has come down to the wire to see how many of our girls have made it to regionals. To qualify, lifters must finish among the top 12 in their respective weight classes within the region, with alternates selected for positions 13 through 15.
We are excited to announce that the following members of the Lady Chaps powerlifting team have qualified to compete at regionals next week. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 4 p.m. at Decatur High School in Decatur, Texas.

At the Feb. School Board Meeting, Officer Kevin Sheppard was sworn into the Aubrey ISD Police Department. Officer Sheppard joins the Aubrey ISD Police Department after serving eight years with the Cross Roads Police Department. Help us welcome him to the Aubrey ISD family.

Both campuses will offer the same general education and extracurricular programs (English as a Second Language (ESL), Gifted/Talented (G/T), athletics, etc.). 2. Students may be assigned a campus through the Special Education Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) process based on programming. 3. Eighth grade students for 2025-2026 can remain at McNabb Middle School with parent transportation. Siblings in lower grades must attend their zoned campus.
