At the June 21, 2023 regularly scheduled board meeting, the Aubrey ISD Board of Trustees approved the hiring of Jennie Petrasic as principal of yet to be named Aubrey ISD Elementary School #4.
Petrasic holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas. Petrasic joins Aubrey ISD from a secondary assistant principal role in Little Elm ISD after completing over two decades as an elementary educator holding various campus leadership roles in Little Elm and Coppell ISDs.
Aubrey ISD Elementary School #4 is scheduled to open in August 2024 in the Silverado development.
