During the July 19, 2023 regularly scheduled board meeting, the Aubrey Independent School District (ISD) Board of Trustees approved the 2023-2024 compensation plan that includes pay increases for employees.
Teachers, librarians and nurses will receive an average 5% raise with a minimum of $3,060.
Paraprofessionals will receive a 5% raise to the midpoint of their pay grade with a minimum of $1,200.
With this compensation plan approval, the minimum starting salary for teachers in Aubrey ISD is now $54,500.
In addition, the Board of Trustees also approved an increase in the District’s health insurance contribution from $304 to $327 per month.
