Please see the approved zones by clicking here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DvrNjO5s7ycAvijHucd4leN7uIthMf4f/view?huid=hnjljAAom_xbJz1Pch9CmQ Incoming 8th grade students for the 2025-2026 school year may choose to remain at the newly named McNabb Middle School (MMS), formerly Aubrey Middle School (AMS), by completing this Survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdFNy8jr_ODFDNrhUikVnjg1UxQXrWqAlNuoTWUHABr4CTVwA/viewform. For consideration, all surveys must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. March 1, 2025. Please note that incoming siblings below grade 8 must attend their zoned campus. Please also note that Aubrey ISD will not provide transportation for incoming 8th grade students zoned for Owens Middle School who choose to remain at McNabb Middle School. The following details are administrative considerations: 1. Both campuses will offer the same general education and extracurricular programs (English as a Second Language (ESL), Gifted/Talented (G/T), athletics, etc.). 2. Students may be assigned a campus through the Special Education Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) process based on programming. 3. Eighth grade students for 2025-2026 can remain at McNabb Middle School with parent transportation. Siblings in lower grades must attend their zoned campus.
Students and community members are encouraged to visit the high school to donate blood and platelets. The more pints we collect, the more lives we save and funds we raise for senior scholarships. See details below.
