National Arts in Education Week continues with these 7th grade artist. Albert Einstein had this to say of the importance of Art, "Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere."

Today's showcase the artistic talents of AMS art teacher Ms. Norman's students. Their impressive works include origami creations, tie dye designs, and skillful drawings. #nationalartsineducation
On Monday, September 11, 2023, the inaugural meeting of the Aubrey ISD Aspiring Leader Academy was held. This first cohort consists of an impressive 40 Aubrey ISD staff members. Leading and developing the academy is Deputy Superintendent Terrie McNabb, who is passionate about nurturing future educational leaders in the district. The meeting started with greetings from Superintendent Dr. David Belding, followed by leadership lessons delivered by Assistant Superintendent Dr. Shannon Saylor.

We are excited to begin Arts in Education Week by featuring Olivia Busse, a talented 6th grader. Olivia is in Art 1, where she is studying primary colors and exploring the works of the renowned artist Piet Mondrian. #nationalartsineducation
