
AP Test Deadline Countdown!
The deadline to lock in the reduced rate of $99 per AP test is Thursday, Nov. 14! After this date, the price will jump to $139 per test until the final deadline in early March. Don’t miss the chance to save $40!
How to Pay:
• Online: MySchoolBucks
• In Person: Cash or check (made out to Aubrey ISD) to Ms. Reid
Bonus: If you score a 3 or higher, Aubrey ISD will reimburse you the full cost of the test! (Please note: late registrants will not receive the $40 late fee.)

Elementary students: Celebrate National Pumpkin Day with a Pumpkin Spice Glazed Donut on Friday, October 25th!


Aubrey ISD will be hosting Attendance Zone Meetings to provide opportunities for community conversations and input regarding the zoning for Owens Middle School (OMS). Superintendent Dr. Shannon Saylor will be present to listen to the community and answer questions. Owens Middle School, the second middle school in Aubrey, is scheduled to open in Fall 2025.

National School Bus Safety Week takes place from Oct. 21-25, 2024. Aubrey ISD would like to take this opportunity to remind drivers to slow down and stay alert around school buses and in school zones.


Aubrey ISD welcomed home Dr. James Monaco for a visit today. Before retiring from a long career in education, he served as Aubrey ISD superintendent from 1984 to 2013. During his time in Aubrey, he was a mentor to many, including current Superintendent Dr. Shannon Saylor, and made a lasting impact on staff, parents, and teachers. In recognition of his MANY contributions, the district named its second elementary school after him in 2008. #InspiringChap
