The Aubrey Education Foundation hires 2 interns for each semester including summer. The applicant needs to be enrolled at a university for the semester they are applying. This is not a paid internship, it is for course credit only. AEF is open to each intern working remotely. Each intern will be assigned a direct report for their internship that will work closely with your major professor or internship director. AEF will work with the guidelines set by your department based on required hours, reports for your final grade, and your school schedule. Each intern will be required to meet with their direct report weekly during their internship which will either be in person or Zoom. Please see each description and click here to apply
Development Internship
The Aubrey Education Foundation is accepting applications for our Development Committee. This internship will assist the Director of Development and the Development Committee with various projects. They will help coordinate our annual campaign, fundraising, help plan and execute events, and collaborate with our social media intern. The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteering, planning events, be organized, have excellent writing skills, be able to meet deadlines, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Social Media Internship
The Aubrey Education Foundation is accepting applications for a Social Media Intern. While this internship will report directly to the Development Committee, they will also assist the entire board with social media posts, community outreach, develop and write stories, interview individuals for online stories, event scheduling, etc on various platforms, and collaborate with the Development Intern. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media beyond only personal use, possess excellent writing skills, be organized, able to meet deadlines, have excellent communication skills, and able to work independently.
