The following professional learning is required for the following Aubrey ISD staff:

• New Teacher Academy for any new to district professional staff. Will count for the four Professional Development (PD) days, in-lieu of pink days on school calendar (exchange days)

• Back to School Staff Development

• TELPAS training and annual calibration for teachers with ESL students

• K-3 teachers and principals are required to complete the HB3 Texas Reading Academy

• 30 GT hours

• Safe School Compliance courses annually

• T-TESS Training and annual refresher

• STAAR training and oath

• District professional development supporting professional, campus, and district initiatives
