The Lady Chaps defeated Ponder last night in 5 sets. We did some really good things tonight and played hard. Kylie Miller had a career night and led the way for us at the net. Ponder had a hard time stopping us through the middle tonight. Our outsides (Chloe and Abby) did a good job of keeping Ponder out of system with a lot of their swings. We did a good job at the net blocking after the first set. We didn't allow Ponder to just tool us around the net. We did a good job of executing our game plan at the serving line, and it paid off for us. It was a good warm up game for us, and really allowed us to work on some things that will help us as we move through the playoffs. We will be back in action on Tuesday, November 5th at 6:30 at we take on Hampton Prep. in the Bi-District round of the playoffs. The game will be at Ranchview High School.
